She provides litigation support including legal research, factual investigation, records review, document management, and trial preparation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rose has 30 years of legal industry experience, including 20 years of paralegal experience, with emphasis on civil litigation, encompassing employment law, corporate litigation, anti-trust\/fraud, as well as medical malpractice, legal malpractice, construction litigation, personal injury, product liability, recreational liability, premises liability defense, guardianship and probate, real estate, trusts and estates, and appellate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rose is an experienced lecturer and trainer in the Hawaii legal community, having taught for the Kapiolani Community College Paralegal Program and the Hawaii State Bar Association.
