Filers should visit the EEO-1 Component 1 website at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeocdata.org\/eeo1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.eeocdata.org\/eeo1<\/a>&nbsp;to access the online filing system as well as information and support.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What happens if a company is unable to submit the 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 Report(s) by the May 17, 2022 deadline?&nbsp;<\/strong>According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission\u2019s FAQs at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eeocdata.org\/pdfs\/2021_EEO_1_Component_1_FAQs.pdf\">https:\/\/eeocdata.org\/pdfs\/2021_EEO_1_Component_1_FAQs.pdf<\/a>, the EEOC\u2019s answer is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes. Following the May 17, 2022 published deadline, the EEOC will enter the \u201cfailure to file\u201d phase. All filers who&nbsp;have not submitted and certified their mandatory 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 Report(s) by the Tuesday, May 17,&nbsp;2022 published deadline will receive a notice of failure to file instructing them to submit and certify their data&nbsp;AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, and NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, JUNE 21, 2022.
