Per the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/vaccines\/fully-vaccinated.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Centers for Disease Control (CDC)<\/a>, a person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after either a single-dose vaccine or the second dose in a 2-dose series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As previously noted here, the vaccination requirement applies to employees who work on covered contracts, including those who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Work part- or full-time, providing either direct or indirect support<\/li><li>Have been previously infected with COVID-19<\/li><li>Work remotely<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The mandate applies to covered contractor workplaces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Where any covered worker is likely to be present during the course of the contract<\/li><li>Whether it is a federal workplace or a location controlled by the contractor, including outdoor sites<\/li><li>In addition to masking and physical distancing requirements in compliance with CDC guidance<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Federal agencies have been authorized to request &#8220;deviations&#8221; to implementation schedule for Executive Order 14042.
