The LMRDA requires employers and labor relations consultants to file reports with the Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) on arrangements to persuade employees concerting their rights to organize and bargain collectively, as well as arrangements to supply the employer with information in connection with labor disputes. The PROP initiative, previously in effect from 2011-2016, enables OLMS to contact employers involved in representation elections to inform them of potential LMRDA reporting requirements and provide them a\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dol.gov\/sites\/dolgov\/files\/olms\/regs\/compliance\/ecr\/ecrfactsheet_2014.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">fact sheet<\/a>\u00a0on employer-consultant agreements.
