Temporarily suspended last year due to COVID-19, collection for private sector employers is scheduled to open in April for 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 data. Companies that have filed in the past should have received their company ID and passcode by mail. The specific opening dates as well as the new submission deadline date will be announced on the EEOC home page as well as on\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/eeocdata.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/EEOCdata.org<\/a>, the new dedicated website for the EEOC\u2019s data collections.
