See&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/pub\/irs-drop\/n-21-02.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IRS notice 2021-02<\/a><\/li><li><strong>2021 disability compensation contribution<\/strong>&nbsp;withholding requirements and payment provisions for Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI), Workers\u2019 Compensation (WC) and Prepaid Health Care (PHC) are as follows:<ul><li>Maximum weekly wage base:<ul><li>TDI: $1,102.90<\/li><li>WC: $1,366.43<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Maximum weekly benefit amount:&nbsp;<ul><li>TDI: $640<\/li><li>WC: $911<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Maximum weekly deduction: $5.51<\/li><li>Mandatory coverage under PHC: $876.
