{"id":678,"date":"2018-08-30T13:35:00","date_gmt":"2018-08-30T23:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.skyloft.dev\/hosted-clients\/esandalaw\/?p=678"},"modified":"2022-06-05T13:35:48","modified_gmt":"2022-06-05T23:35:48","slug":"ofccp-issues-policy-on-compliance-reviews","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.skyloft.dev\/hosted-clients\/esandalaw\/news-and-information\/ofccp-issues-policy-on-compliance-reviews\/","title":{"rendered":"OFCCP Issues Policy on Compliance Reviews"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently released policy&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dol.gov\/ofccp\/regs\/compliance\/directives\/Dir2018-04-ESQA508c.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Directive&nbsp;2018-04<\/a>, which as part of a comprehensive compliance initiative currently being implemented, adds onsite reviews focused on the three anti-discrimination laws the OFCCP enforces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Executive Order 11246;<\/li><li>Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; and the<\/li><li>Vietnam Era Veterans\u2019 Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginning in fiscal year 2019, a portion of audit lists will include these focused reviews.
