State of Hawaii, No. 12-17808, 2018 WL 3542985 (9th Cir. July 24, 2018)<\/em><\/a>&nbsp;The Court\u2019s decision gives individuals the right to openly carry guns in public places, with limited exceptions (e.g. schools and government buildings).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employers wishing to ban guns from their private property will need to act quickly. It is unclear whether employers operating public accommodations will be able to ban guns from their premises.
