Panelists included representatives of the State of Hawaii Organization of Police Officers (SHOPO) and of the University of Hawaii Professional Assembly (UHPA) as well as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esandalaw.com\/staff\/anna-elento-sneed\"><strong>Anna Elento-Sneed<\/strong><\/a>.
