Also known as the \u201cblacklisting\u201d rule, the order required that bidders for federal contracts worth more than $500,000 disclose violations or alleged violations of labor laws made within the last three years. After it was enacted in August 2016, certain provisions of the rule were enjoined by a Texas federal court last October.
