Richardson School of Law, her M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa Shidler College of Business, and her B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, the only undergraduate program of its kind in the country. Jessica\u2019s previous experience includes internships at the State of Hawaii Office of Collective Bargaining, and at Starwood Hotels &amp; Resorts and JTB Hawaii in the Human Resources departments.
