Anna Elento-Sneed<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0today announced the launch of ES&A, Inc., a next generation law firm that offers businesses an alternative to traditional law firm services and pricing. ES&A offers litigation and transactional services in the areas of\u00a0labor and employment<\/a>,\u00a0employee benefits<\/a>,\u00a0government contracting<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0corporate governance<\/a>. The firm uses innovative technology platforms and processes designed to deliver greater value at lower cost, providing legal services and products that are tailored to clients\u2019 business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBusinesses are fatigued by the traditional way that legal services have historically been provided,\u201d said founder and president Anna Elento-Sneed. \u201cThey want speed and certainty in pricing. We\u2019ll deliver higher value at lower cost, with faster turnaround times for our clients.\u201d The fee structure includes a range of flat rates, fixed monthly retainers and reasonable hourly fees, based on types of services requested and the size of the client\u2019s workforce. It also accommodates a client\u2019s current state of business. For example, retainers are based on either a \u201cMaintenance\u201d level for assistance with routine compliance and operations, or a \u201cChange\u201d level for advice related to restructuring, downsizing, mergers and\/or acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur mission is to help clients envision, strategize and actualize their business goals \u2014 that\u2019s what the name ES&A stands for,\u201d said Elento-Sneed, who has more than 30 years of experience representing employers, including nonprofit corporations. Joining Elento-Sneed are attorneys\u00a0Christy Gray,\u00a0Landon Yun,\u00a0Trisha Gibo<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Ryan Loeffers<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0Sam Sneed<\/strong><\/a>, HR services advisors\u00a0Janelle Yee<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Shareen Poynter<\/strong><\/a>, professional development director\u00a0Arlene Odagiri<\/strong><\/a>, and experienced administrative staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
